“I first had Ed and Darlene replace the roof on my previous home 10 years ago, the roof had prematurely worn due to a condition called heat scoring that Ed described was caused by the builder / roofer not installing a sufficient number of roof vents causing extreme heat in the attic which in turn damaged the shingles over time. The quality and workmanship was excellent with the new roof . Ed installed the correct number of roof vents, the home afterwards was warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. He found the shingle colour we wanted and he ordered the shingles immediately. After a few days the shingles were delivered and no prepayment was required. The crew arrived the following Monday morning and started working quickly and efficiently . We called Whalley’s and they came out and removed the ice quickly and left me with the cleanest roof on the street! Then we had a leak in an add-on area at the back of the house that caused the ceiling to collapse. Again we called Whalley’s , they came out and fixed the problem. Now after the rain storm on June 23 we have another problem. We again called Whaley’s and within the hour he was at the door! He will now be fixing this issue!
